Ozland Group Solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Manager – Cleaning Operations to coordinate and oversee the delivery of cleaning services across a portfolio of commercial properties across Sydney CBD. Based at the Pyrmont office, this role is responsible for managing service delivery standards, coordinating operational teams, and maintaining strong relationships with building management and client stakeholders.

The position focuses on ensuring contracted services are delivered efficiently and consistently across multiple sites while supporting operational performance and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of contracted cleaning services across multiple commercial sites.
• Coordinate site supervisors to ensure service standards and operational requirements are met.
• Monitor service delivery against contractual KPIs and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site reviews and inspections to evaluate service performance and identify improvements.
• Act as a key contact for building managers and client stakeholders regarding service delivery matters.
• Manage client feedback, service issues and operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, compliance and service outcomes.
• Plan workforce deployment and staffing coverage across sites.
• Recruit, train and support site supervisors responsible for operational teams.
• Monitor labour utilisation and operational costs to support efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Support the ongoing performance and retention of commercial service contracts.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in service operations, cleaning operations management, or similar service delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating operational teams or supervising site supervisors.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage service delivery across multiple locations.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
